Ulla began working in the law immediately after completing high school. After many years as a senior paralegal with Russell & DuMoulin, she joined Branch MacMaster in May, 2006.

 

RePRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

• Worked in all areas of law throughout her many years of experience, but specialized in the collection and civil litigation areas
• Detailed knowledge of Summation and D/B Textworks databases
• Document management

CURRENT DUTIES

• Assists counsel in file management
• Prepares pleadings and agreements
• Prepares correspondence
• Contacts clients, witnesses, other counsel and insurers
• Conducts computer searches using BC Online, Court Services Online and other sites
• Assists with the organization and management of complex litigation files
• Assists with the organization and management of complex class action files
• Assists in maintaining and creating precedents
