Don Lebans, an associate with Branch MacMaster, was called to the bar in 1997.
Don has participated in the defence of a number of class action law suits, including products liability, insurance and health claims. Since coming to the firm, he has also been active in the advancing of plaintiffs' class action suits. In addition to his class action work, Don's practice includes insurance and health law defence work.
Prior to practicing law, Don spent over five years living in Japan. For the last two years of that time, he worked for a Japanese computer company developing software.
