Don Montrichard

Don Montrichard is an associate with Branch MacMaster. Don articled and practiced
as a litigator at a large national firm before joining Branch MacMaster in
2004. Don has both trial and appellate experience, and has appeared before
the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of British Columbia
and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
Don was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2002 and has been practicing
exclusively in civil litigation since that time. He has both prosecuted and
defended claims against medical and health professionals. Don has defended
product liability claims, C.G.L. carriers, fire and property carriers and
motor vehicle carriers. Don has also acted for the British Columbia Society
for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in a number of trial and appellate
level matters.
Before attending law school, Don obtained a master's degree in international
affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs in Ottawa.
Don also lived and traveled in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
